Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls & Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Take care of General Administration activities like maintaining Office Stationery & Housekeeping materials. To Accommodation Booking & Fleet Management for the Directors & Staff. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Courier bills and vendor invoice checking relating to admin activities Maintenance of Inward & outward registers Update calendars and schedule meetings To Support HR in administrative activities as and when required.
