Manage global payroll process for countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Ensure the employee payments, including monthly salary, annual, variable compensation, equity, hence the tax application. Ensure global compliance on the payroll, statutory country and requirements. To ensure the Company's Payroll is processed within the prescribed deadlines as per the pay frequency.
10 to 15 years' experience on Global payroll administration and end to end processes, as well as knowledge on statutory requirements and compliance requirements.. Prior experience in service delivery managing clients and team leaders. Experience in multi geography and multi company payroll experience. Implementation of payroll database. Must have experience of US Payroll end to end processing. Strong experience of using payroll systems. Excellent Communication Skills Willing to work in US Shifts
