· Responsible for handling the Front office operations, answering the phone calls and operating EPABX · Supervision of routine housekeeping, Security,Courier. · Office Maintenance - Upkeep & monitoring of Air conditioner, Gen-Set, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner etc · Cafetaria management including finalisation of vendors, and ensure timely delivery, food quality (lunch and evening snacks) · Office Stationary - Vendor finalisation in coordination with HO. Procurement, quality check and record keeping of issuance and stock. · Travel & Hotel Arrangements - Local Taxi, Hotel and BM's travel - Timely booking, coordination and follow up with vendors and HO and feedback collation and sharing. · Support in Vendor Management. Vendor Selection process,contract renewals, Timely payments and responsible for NDC, SOB etc. · Invoice Processing -Verification/clearing of vendor bills/invoices as per valid vendor contracts/agreements for HR & Admin Vendors · Time Office Management - Maintaining and upkeeping attendance records of all SID and all OS staff. Collating attendance input sharing with HO/agency.
Graduate with 0.6-1.0 yrs of experience into front office and admin.
