Responsible for HSE management in manufacturing units, project sites and external manufacturing units. Develop and communicate a compelling vision for HSE excellence – Drive HSE performance by setting the HSE agenda and deliverables. Working with local management on key initiatives, plans, developments, legislation and leadership. Establishes risk management programs for HSE – Ensure appropriate plans are in place for emergency response, site security management, and business continuity at the regional and country levels. Review HSE specific requirement of contract, implement requirement at project sites and interact & communicate effectively with external stakeholders. Analyze and compliance with HSE legal requirements & Global HSE Management System. Develop monitor & conduct effective risk assessment strategies for plants & all projects and ensure the implementation of risk assessments. Ensure regular audit to review implement status of regulation and procedures. Conduct detail incident investigation and effective implementation of Corrective & Preventive Action throughout the organization.
