Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers. Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., user authorization,) Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data. Provide support for onsite and remote associates via Incidents and Service Requests related to virtual servers, client PCs, applications, peripherals, client networking (wired and wireless) etc. Managing Incident, Problem, Service Request and Change Management through JIRA Provides 1st/2nd level troubleshooting and proactively maintain end user systems and ensure smooth operations Participate in daily huddles, weekly and monthly meetings and report priorities, status updates, and any blockers Proactively communicate the status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues Maintains data integrity, file systems, and overall security for the user enterprise environment Maintain asset inventory Provide vendor-certified hardware break/fix services, working with hardware vendors as Needed. Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
