Ensure service availability for customers Support internal customers during implementation projects Provide 2nd level support and ensure timely resolution of an Incident. Coordinate complex incidents with internal and external 3rd level support such as Microsoft, Trend Micro etc. Ability to work both independently and with a global team to solve problems. working experience with ADFS and MS Certification Authority, In-depth knowledge of Active Directory related technologies including DNS, DHCP, application integration with Active Directory, LDAP, PowerShell.
