Ø Having Knowledge of ePO server and configuration Ø Having Knowledge of VSE, ENS and TIE Ø Having knowledge of Malware and remediation. Ø Responsible for Maintaining the endpoint security compliance all cross the globe Ø Having knowledge of Agent Handlers and SQL DB Ø Must have a working knowledge of Super-Agent and other repository. Ø Having knowledge of DXL, TIE and ATD Ø Knowledge of client and agent environments, endpoint trouble shooting experience.
