• Drive customer engagement with key accounts headquartered in Bangalore through alignment of business plans, joint business planning leading to in- store execution excellence . • Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in the modern trade channel • Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing) • Drive execution of store initiatives through alignment of the sales operation and manpower • Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts • Execution of all national and regional agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains
should have 5 year of experience of sales in modern retail in fmcg , who manage the key accounts of the company .
