Achieve allotted domestic leisure sales targets • Creating and executing sales promotion activities. • Implement Sales strategies in Franchise Business Partner Location to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling efforts. • Planning and implementing the monthly marketing plan and targets for the franchisees. • Sales Support to Franchisee teams, if any, to help partners grow business. • Generating leads through search engines, directories, events and referrals. • Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts. • Accountable for the revenue generation of the Assigned franchisee. • Supports and drive sales team at the partner Location to increase sales revenue. • Negotiating commercial terms to close sales. • Design, develop and maintain the sales process for the organization (including sales, services, end to end solution regular sending weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) • Establish and maintain good relationships with Franchisee Partners. • Good understanding of the services /programs we offer.
University degree with relevant background Relevant experience in a reputed Flavour , fragrance, Agri, specialty chemicals aroma chemical, pharma, chemical company. Travel – 75% Reports to - Sales Director
