Be a part of CFT meeting for New Product Automation Development. Need to develop a concept based on Automation requirement. RFQ float to Supplier .Quotation of Automation as required. Finalization of Supplier for the concept. Responsible for developing an automation at supplier & same will prove out at ITW. Get involve in critical issues at running automation.Supplier Development for Automation.Negotiation skill with supplier.Creativity for new concept/process development.Familiar with different robots & it’s programming (Fanuc,wittmann,wemo,Yushin,Sepro…etc).Familiar with problem solving methodology.Travelling.
Should be able to handle both mechanical and electrical electronics system. Problem solving technique. Cost saving through Automation .Should have knowledge on 6 Axis,3 Axis robot, Vision System.
