As System Administrator you are part of the Platform & Quality Assurance Team, responsible for assuring the high quality standards of our Sales Application products and are working in close collaboration with the Software Development and Product Management teams. QA infrastructure: · Maintain Selenium Grid · Update web-drivers · Extend MS Build scripts · Creating, updating Jenkins builds · Maintain automated selenium tests General IT Infrastructure: · Configure RedHat, CentOS. Installing, updating, configuration of yum or rpm packages. · Creating new Docker images, managing swarm · Configuring Tomcat and creating new Docker images containing tomcat · Writing play books for Ansible
Technical education (university) or similar practical experience. At least 3 to 5 years professional experience with Linux/Unix Certification RHCE or Linux+ (CompTIA) Knowledge of processes in software quality assurance Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools · Ability to code and script Understanding HAProxy and how to load balance web requests. Experience with systems and IT operations Strong grasp of automation tools Basic knowledge of working with Jira and Confluence Very high level of English and/or German (spoken and written) Creative problem solving abilities Structured way of work and good ability to abstract
